Healthcare Evaluation Services |

We have implemented a
unique healthcare evaluation service for our elderly clients, provided by an experienced
geriatric nurse and designed to help our clients receive the best care possible, whether
they are living at home, in an assisted living facility or in a nursing home. The service includes a
visit by the nurse to the elderly client and care givers, a written report, and a
follow-up visit. The healthcare evaluation is
always tailored to meet a client’s individual needs, but often covers such areas as: |
